These Terms and Conditions are written for SattoAI as a beginner-friendly startup service business that may accept online payments for digital services. They should still be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before production launch, payment gateway approval, or high-value client use.
Use the website lawfully, do not misuse forms or systems, and treat public information as general business information only.
Every paid project should have a written scope, proposal, invoice, or agreement before billable work begins.
Payments may be collected through third-party payment gateways. Refunds, cancellations, taxes, and delivery terms are described below.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SattoAI website, contact forms, consultation requests, online tools, paid digital services, software development services, automation setup, API integration work, dashboards, and related support services.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, accepting a proposal, making a payment, or continuing with a project, you agree to these terms along with any separate written proposal, statement of work, invoice, project agreement, privacy policy, and applicable third-party terms.
If a separate signed agreement or written scope conflicts with these website terms, the project-specific written agreement will apply for that project to the extent of the conflict.
SattoAI provides digital business services such as AI workflow automation, n8n automation setup, custom business software, API integrations, reporting dashboards, PHP web tools, consulting, implementation, support, and related technical services.
Website content is provided to explain service possibilities and does not create a client relationship, fixed price, guaranteed result, guaranteed availability, or binding project commitment until the scope and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
SattoAI may refuse, pause, or decline work that is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, outside capability, outside available capacity, or not aligned with these terms.
You must be legally able to enter into contracts under applicable law. If you are using the website or making a payment on behalf of a company, startup, agency, or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, tax, project, and business information. SattoAI may request additional verification before starting, continuing, or delivering paid work.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, scan, attack, spam, misuse contact forms, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security controls.
Calculator pages, free tools, examples, case-study style pages, service descriptions, and educational content are provided for general guidance. You should independently verify outputs before relying on them for financial, legal, compliance, medical, tax, engineering, or other important decisions.
SattoAI may modify, suspend, remove, or restrict parts of the website or tools at any time for security, maintenance, business, or compliance reasons.
A free consultation is an introductory discussion to understand requirements, fit, scope, budget, timeline, and next steps. It does not guarantee acceptance of a project or reserve delivery capacity unless confirmed in writing.
Ideas, estimates, timelines, architecture suggestions, automation suggestions, and technical recommendations shared during early discussions are preliminary and may change after discovery, access review, data review, third-party API review, security review, or written scoping.
You should not share passwords, API secrets, production credentials, confidential files, sensitive personal data, payment data, or regulated information through ordinary contact forms or unsecured messages unless a secure process has been agreed.
Paid work should be documented in a proposal, statement of work, invoice, email confirmation, or written agreement that describes scope, deliverables, milestones, fees, payment schedule, assumptions, dependencies, revisions, support, and expected timeline.
Anything not clearly included in the written scope is excluded unless added later in writing. New features, additional integrations, extra pages, extra dashboards, data cleanup, third-party changes, urgent support, extra revisions, or rework caused by changed requirements may require additional fees and timeline changes.
SattoAI may recommend phased delivery for startup projects so core functionality, payment readiness, security, analytics, and support processes can be launched in a controlled way.
You are responsible for timely feedback, accurate requirements, content, business rules, product information, pricing, legal text approvals, brand assets, hosting access, domain access, API access, payment gateway setup, third-party account setup, and any permissions needed to complete the project.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before launch, including text, calculations, pricing, taxes, policies, refund wording, payment flow, customer communication, compliance obligations, and business-specific legal requirements.
Project timelines may move if required information, approvals, credentials, payment, content, third-party access, or feedback is delayed.
Fees may be charged as fixed project fees, milestone payments, retainers, monthly support, hourly work, setup fees, consultation fees, or other written arrangements. Amounts are generally quoted in INR unless otherwise stated.
Invoices, payment links, checkout pages, or written payment instructions may define due dates, milestones, taxes, gateway charges, late payment handling, and payment acceptance conditions.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, withholding, bank charges, currency conversion charges, payment gateway fees where stated, and correct billing details. Work may be paused if payment is overdue, disputed, reversed, or not received.
A payment does not by itself expand the agreed scope. The written proposal, invoice, or agreement controls what is included.
SattoAI may collect payments through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers such as Razorpay, Stripe, bank transfer, UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other enabled payment methods.
Payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party provider and its banking partners. SattoAI does not ask you to share card PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs, full card details, or banking passwords with SattoAI directly, and SattoAI does not store complete card or UPI credentials on this website.
Payment availability, authentication, settlement, failed transaction handling, chargebacks, dispute processes, and payment method support may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, or applicable regulation.
If a transaction fails but money is debited, contact SattoAI with payment reference details. SattoAI will coordinate where the issue is under its control, but final reversal or settlement timelines may depend on the gateway, bank, or payment network.
You must not make payments using unauthorized accounts, stolen instruments, fraudulent methods, sanctioned sources, or payment methods you are not permitted to use.
Free consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting SattoAI before the scheduled time. Repeated no-shows may lead to consultation requests being declined.
For paid custom services, cancellation must be requested in writing by email or another agreed written channel. Refund eligibility depends on the written scope, payment stage, work already performed, deliverables already supplied, third-party costs, purchased assets, committed resources, and time spent.
If an advance payment was made and no billable work has started, SattoAI may approve a refund after deducting payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes already deposited where applicable, and any non-refundable third-party costs.
Once discovery, planning, design, development, integration, automation setup, deployment, support, or other billable work has started, fees for work already completed, time spent, delivered items, reserved capacity, and third-party costs are generally non-refundable.
Digital downloads, deployed code, configured workflows, completed milestones, emergency support, consultation sessions, custom assets, third-party subscriptions, and approved deliverables are generally non-refundable unless the written project terms state otherwise.
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7-10 business days after written approval and receipt of required payment details. The bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment gateway may take additional time to credit the amount.
SattoAI provides digital services and does not ship physical goods unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Delivery may include website pages, source code, dashboards, automation workflows, configuration, documentation, reports, access handover, deployment, or support notes.
Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated as fixed in writing. Timelines may change due to client delays, scope changes, third-party API changes, payment gateway review, hosting issues, app store or platform review, data quality, security review, or events outside reasonable control.
Delivery is considered made when the agreed deliverable is shared, deployed, handed over, made accessible, sent for review, or otherwise completed according to the written scope.
Included revisions, if any, should be defined in the written scope. Revisions must relate to the agreed scope and must be requested within the review period stated in the proposal or invoice.
You are responsible for testing deliverables in your intended business context before public launch or operational use. This includes checking content, calculations, forms, payment flows, automations, notifications, integrations, user permissions, and reporting outputs.
If no written issue is raised within the agreed review period, or if the deliverable is used in production, published, or accepted in writing, the deliverable may be treated as accepted.
Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, CRMs, email tools, WhatsApp services, n8n, payment gateways, analytics tools, AI model providers, cloud services, APIs, plugins, libraries, or client-owned platforms.
Third-party pricing, uptime, limits, terms, API behavior, security rules, approvals, and availability can change. SattoAI is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, policy changes, data loss, pricing changes, or feature removals outside SattoAI control.
AI-assisted features can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or unexpected outputs. AI workflows should include appropriate testing, human review, logging, data minimization, access control, and business safeguards.
Website content, branding, visual design, templates, reusable methods, internal know-how, demo layouts, example workflows, and pre-existing code are owned by SattoAI or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
For paid client projects, ownership or license of final custom deliverables should be defined in the written project terms. Unless otherwise agreed, client-specific final deliverables may be handed over after full payment, while SattoAI retains ownership of pre-existing tools, generic components, reusable code, frameworks, methods, and know-how.
You confirm that content, logos, images, data, prompts, documents, API access, and materials supplied by you are owned by you or properly licensed for use in the project.
SattoAI may list general project type, non-confidential learnings, or portfolio references only where permitted by the written project terms or client approval.
Both parties should treat non-public business, technical, credential, pricing, workflow, customer, and project information as confidential unless it is already public, independently developed, legally required to be disclosed, or approved for sharing.
No website, software system, automation, integration, or payment flow can be guaranteed completely secure. SattoAI will use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the agreed scope, but the client remains responsible for its own accounts, passwords, staff access, policies, compliance obligations, backups, and operational security.
Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Clients with regulated, sensitive, or high-risk data should request a separate data processing, security, or compliance review before work begins.
SattoAI aims to provide practical, professional services, but does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, savings, rankings, leads, conversion rates, automation accuracy, model output accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or third-party platform approval unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
The website and general content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Business, legal, tax, compliance, security, financial, and regulatory decisions should be reviewed with qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SattoAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or expected savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SattoAI total liability for a paid project will not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to SattoAI for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, unless a separate written agreement states a different limit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where liability cannot legally be limited.
SattoAI may suspend or terminate website access, consultations, support, or project work if there is non-payment, abusive behavior, legal risk, security risk, fraud concern, repeated delays, misuse of deliverables, breach of terms, or inability to continue safely or professionally.
On termination, the client remains responsible for fees due for work completed, time spent, committed resources, third-party costs, and approved milestones up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith written communication. Courts or authorities with competent jurisdiction in India will apply where required, subject to any project-specific written agreement.
For service questions, cancellation requests, refund requests, payment failures, billing issues, or complaints, contact SattoAI using the details below. Please include your name, company name if applicable, payment reference, invoice number, project name, and a short explanation of the issue.
SattoAI aims to acknowledge genuine support, billing, and payment complaints within 2 business days and aims to resolve issues under its control within 7 working days where practical. Complex cases, bank reversals, chargebacks, gateway reviews, third-party failures, legal matters, or missing information may take longer.
SattoAI may update these terms from time to time for business, legal, payment, security, or operational reasons. The latest version posted on this page will apply from the stated last updated date.
For active paid projects, material changes will not reduce already agreed written rights unless required by law or mutually agreed in writing.
